BIRK is a wide, single-pleated pair of shorts with a folded hem, a rubber grip waistband, slanted front pockets and two welted back pockets.

The fabric is a combination of a Herringbone weave and Pinstripes. It is made of 100% cotton with a pin striped pattern. It is classic and has strong traditions within men’s clothing with references to power and wealth. Pin stripes origins from uniforms worn by those who worked in banks, for the purpose of easily being recognized and not mistaken for being robbers or other intruders. In this case the colour gives the classic pinstripe a new more relaxed twist.
